Week 12 Predictions
November 19, 2008
Week 11 Record: 12-3-1
Overall Record: 107-51-1
Thu. Nov 20
Cincinatti @ Pittsburgh- The Steelers are starting to get healthy and their defense always provides a boost. The Steelers should win big here.
Sun. Nov 23
Philadelphia @ Baltimore- This will be a tough game for McNabb and Westbrook but an even tougher game for Flacco and the Raven’s running game. The Eagles should squeeze in a win in Baltimore. Read more
Week 11 Predictions
November 12, 2008
Week 10 Record: 8-6
Overall Record: 95-48
Thu. Nov 13
N.Y. Jets @ New England- Coach Bill Belicek has had several weeks to groom young QB Matt Cassel and he is responding well. Its tough to pick against a Belicek coached team in a big game against division rivals. This AFC East battle should favor the Patriots at home.
Sun. Nov 16
Denver @ Atlanta- Rookie QB Matt Ryan is playing stellar football right now and the Falcons defense is stepping it up also. Denver has a strong offense but I don’t think their defense can contain Michael Turner and company. Read more
Week 10 Predictions
November 5, 2008
Week 9 Record: 10-4
Overall Record: 87-42
Thu. Nov 6
Denver @ Cleveland- The Broncos defense has been playing poorly lately and now they are ailing from several key players being injured. I think the Cleveland offense will perform well against that defense and the Browns come away victorious.
Sun. Nov 9
New Orleans @ Atlanta- Both offenses are solid but the ground game for the Falcons should be the difference here. Read more
Week 9 Predictions
October 29, 2008
Week 8 Record: 9-5
Overall Record: 77-38
Sun. Nov 2
N.Y. Jets @ Buffalo- Brett Favre is prone to making turnovers and the Bills usually do a great job capitizing on mistakes. That is why I am taking the Bills at home in this one.
Detroit @ Chicago - Kyle Orten is playing phenominal and the Bears defense always comes ready to rock and roll. The Bears should dominate this one at Soldier Field. Read more
Week 8 Predictions
October 22, 2008
Week 7 Record: 9-5
Overall Record: 68-33
Sun. Oct 26
Oakland @ Baltimore- Baltimore’s defense can shut down any offense at any time. That should hold true this Sunday.
Arizona @ Carolina - The Cardinals will be coming off a bye week and should be well rested for this match-up. However, they may find difficulty scoring on a defense that held Drew Brees without a touchdown pass last week. Read more
Week 7 Predictions
October 15, 2008
Another week of stunning upsets is in the books as we turn our focus to week 7. Many divisions are up for grabs and it is only one undefeated team remaining. The beasts of the NFC East struggled last week as the Redskins, Cowboys, and Giants were all dismantled this weekend. Lets move on to week 7 and see if more surprises await.
Week 6 Record: 9-5
Overall Record: 59-28
Sun. Oct 19
San Diego @ Buffalo- This will be a hard fought match-up as the Bills had time to recover from several injuries during there by week. Phillip Rivers is playing great and LT is feeling better every week. Have to take the Chargers here and this should be a good one.
New Orleans @ Carolina - The Saints have been playing very well lately and so has there QB Drew Brees. Marques Colston and Jeremy Shockey will be back this week and many prognosticators will probably side with the Saints in this game. I think the Panthers are too strong in all phases of the game to lose this one so I’m taking them to win this NFC South battle at home. Read more
